Procurement plays a basic role in our continuous effort for being the most efficient construction materials company worldwide.
In this sense, and as part of a redefinition of functions and processes, we are making two fundamental changes:
- Consolidate and centralize global negotiations (Global Sourcing) replacing the geographically-based negotiations system, and upgrading our management processes through kit tools and advanced methodologies, to optimize the Procurement role for products used worldwide.
- Divide the Negotiation and Acquisition functions, by making both processes autonomous. Negotiations will be centralized at global, regional, and local levels, in order to ensure the best possible costs, delivery times, and service conditions. Acquisitions will be requested by local end-users, to guarantee the supply of products and services previously authorized by the global negotiating team.
We want to share with you the groups of family-lines which list is attach, and has been assigned exclusively for its negotiation to the Global Sourcing team.
